Today at “walk with a Doc” at Saint Vincent’s Hospital our own Chris Frisard won a $25 dollar gift card for getting the high score on a quiz on belly fat. The quiz was very interesting and could help everyone on their weight loss journey.

On our Thursday Meeting this week (7-20-17) we installed our officers for our chapter. The Winners of our Summer “fill in the square” weight loss raffle
Back in May we started this game where you get to write your name into a square for each weigh-in that you lost weight. On Thursday we finished the last square and pulled our two winners out the raffle. the winners were Chris and Ruth! Congratulations! 
SRD 2017
SRD MA 2017 was held at teh Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth Massachusetts on April 1st. It was a great evening and two of our members revived awards.
