Weekly meeting for 8/17/17 Good foods was the topic this weeks

This week Nancy had the program and it revolved around trying new good foods for you to add to your meals. We went around the room with a set of foods listed by letters of the alphabet. Below is the list:

H = honeydew
I = Iceberg lettuce

Installation of Officers Ceremony

On our Thursday Meeting this week (7-20-17) we installed our officers for our chapter. From left to right: Laurie Halpin (leader), Christine Frisard (co-leader), Joanne Granger (secretary), Debbie Tyborowski (treasurer), Diane Taibot (weight recorder), and Roxanne Belisle (Assistant weight recorder).

SRD 2017

SRD MA 2017 was held at teh Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth Massachusetts on April 1st. It was a great evening and two of our members revived awards.


Judy Harris (left) awarded 2nd place for losing most weight in her division in 2016.
